The menu at Fabrocini’s perfectly balances Italian classics with hearty pizza options. Among the must-try dishes are the Chicken Marsala, celebrated for its tender, fork-melting chicken enveloped in a rich mushroom and Marsala wine sauce. If pizza is what you crave, their BBQ Chicken Pizza offers a delightful twist with a smoky-sweet tang that perfectly complements the tender chicken pieces; meanwhile, build-your-own pizza options allow for customization with fresh mozzarella, tangy tomato sauce, and a crispy crust that embraces every topping beautifully. The Calzone, stuffed generously with ricotta and mozzarella along with your choice of spinach or ham, is a perfect handheld delight.
Appetizers such as Bruschetta, with its vibrant mix of tomatoes, basil, garlic, and roasted peppers, and Calamari Fritto, fried to a perfect crisp and served with a spicy marinara dipping sauce, set the stage for an exceptional meal. The soups, including classics like Minestrone and Pasta E Fagioli, soothe the soul with their warming, savory broths filled with fresh ingredients.
Beyond the food, guests repeatedly mention the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, adding to the overall charm of the dining experience. One visitor described the service as “exceptional,” while another couldn’t help but highlight the relaxed, familial atmosphere that makes every visit feel like coming home. Even with occasional quirks like a hot summer day paired with a broken air conditioner, the warm hospitality and delectable food more than make up for it.
In sum, Fabrocini's Italian Kitchen is not just about great food; it’s a heartfelt experience where each dish tells a story of authentic Italian cooking, enhanced by thoughtful service and a welcoming ambiance. Whether you’re dropping by for a cozy meal of Chicken Picatta or savoring a slice of garlic pizza bread alongside a fresh salad, this Tarzana gem leaves a lasting impression of flavor, comfort, and genuine care.

Excellent foods and excellent. We have been going here for many years. Even when we moved away, we will drop in when we are nearby. The bread is amazing. Could never go wrong with chicken masala
This was my first time here, and I ordered the chicken sandwich for lunch. I wanted something fulfilling that would not make me feel too full, and this was perfect. It came with a side salad and free bread. I only ate two pieces of bread, but I def could've had more. The sandwich was crispy, toasted, and very flavorful, especially with the wine vinegar on top. The best part is the meal was under $15, and the portion was big that I took the leftovers back to the office for dinner. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a good Italian sandwich during the workday. It is family owned and has been open for over 20 years, which makes it even better to support.
We were absolutely delighted and pleasantly surprised by our visit to this restaurant. The service from the lovely young lady was exceptional, and the food was a perfect 5 out of 5! This place is a must-visit and comes with our highest recommendation!
We got the last parking spot behind the restaurant. We came in the beautifully painted back door. The air conditioning was broken and it was 95 degrees outside. Not the most comfortable but the service is top notch. We ordered the beet salad and the Veal Marsala. We also got a couple of glasses of the red blend wine. The salad came quickly and was enormous and very good. The veal was fork tender and delicious. It came with mashed potatoes and I ordered a side of spinach. Really excellent meal. We will be back but we will call ahead to make sure that the air conditioner is working
As soon as you walk in you get a sense that this is family neighborhood restaurant with their locals and regular customers. They have a pretty extensive menu with very reasonable prices. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. They provide free bread and omg the bread was delicious. It came out piping hot, soft, garlicky and just perfect. Normally I try to not fill myself with bread but this was too good to pass up. I actually ate more bread than I wanted to but just couldn’t stop. Ordered the linguine with clams, chicken Parmesan, shrimp scampi and lasagna. All around a terrific meal with good potions sizes. Linguini with clams- they are super generous with the chopped clams and the white sauce which is more like a broth is very flavorful. Linguini was cooked perfectly. Chicken Parmesan was moist and crispy and the marinara was very flavorful. Shrimp scampi- the sauce was very flavorful and more creamy than in an oily and came with good sized shrimp. Lasagna was bubbling hot when placed on our table. Just looked my a homemade serving. Sooo good.
First time eating here, the service and atmosphere were spot on. Everyone was pleasant and had a smile. The food was delicious. We ordered the Bruschetta and it was so good. Very fresh and made with love!
As a first time diner that came in for lunch I'd say it was a "homey" atmosphere. The waitress who was the only person working the tables on a weekday afternoon was really friendly and made people feel like family. Upon looking at their lunch menu I decided to order a chicken fettuccine with sundried tomatoes and basil. It took 20 minutes to get my lunch order and I got fresh baked bread in the meantime to munch on. I would've given it a 5 star but the food was a bit bland and needed some salt. Also it took a bit too long for a lunchtime selection as I had to get back to work.
